We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want you to feel confident and supported when booking your place at the Authentic Alchemy Retreat. Please take a moment to carefully read our refund policy before confirming your booking.

Deposit & Payment Terms
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat.

​

The remaining balance can be paid in full at the time of booking or via a payment plan, with instalments paid over four fortnightly payments.

​

The $200 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

​

Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

More than 3 weeks prior to the retreat start date:
    •    The $200 deposit remains non-refundable
    •    Any payments made above the deposit will be refunded

 

Within 3 weeks of the retreat:
    •    Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within three weeks of the retreat

​

As a small business, this timeframe reflects when accommodation, catering, facilitators, and retreat materials have been fully paid for and finalised, and it is no longer possible for us to recover costs or fill the space.

​

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected changes or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the $200 deposit.

Transfer of Booking
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another person, provided we are notified at least one week prior to the retreat. Please contact us to discuss this option.

Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 14 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
