Food

At each retreat, all meals are lovingly prepared by our co-founder Sammy, who is not only the heart behind the kitchen but also our meditation practitioner for the weekend. Sammy brings deep care and intention to every meal, creating wholesome, nourishing food that leaves everyone feeling grounded, satisfied, and truly nourished from the inside out. Our menu is largely gluten-free, however we still ask guests to let us know if they are coeliac or have specific dietary requirements so we can cater safely and thoughtfully. While our retreats are not vegan or vegetarian by default — as we personally feel our best when eating nutrient-dense, high-quality meats — we happily cater to all dietary needs when advised at the time of booking. We proudly support Aussie farmers by sourcing our meats from local butchers who provide high-quality, ethically sourced produce, ensuring every meal reflects the same care and intention as the retreat experience itself.
