Meditation Practices

Our meditation experiences are gently guided by Sammy, co-founder of the retreat and our chef for the weekend, who is also a qualified meditation practitioner. Across the retreat, Sammy leads one evening meditation and a silent walking meditation in nature. These practices are designed to support nervous system regulation, inner stillness, and a deeper connection to self, allowing space to slow down, breathe, and truly arrive in the body.
