Terms and Conditions - Authentic Alchemy Retreat

​Welcome to Authentic Alchemy Retreat!

By booking and attending our retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

1. Business Details

2. Retreat Details

• Retreat Length: 2 nights, 3 days

• Age Requirement: This retreat is not suitable for children under the age of 13

3. Booking Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking.

• Payment Plans: We offer a flexible payment plan, with fortnightly payments over a number of weeks. Total cost of the retreat ranges from $555 - $777 (+booking fee).

• Full Payment: Full payment is due 3 weeks before the start date of the retreat.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Guest Cancellation:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is retained in the event of a cancellation.

  • If cancellation is made more than 3 weeks before the retreat, a refund of the remaining amount will be issued.

  • If cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the retreat, no refund will be issued.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Our Cancellation/Postponement:

  • If we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

5. Health & Responsibility

• Health Waiver:

  • All participants must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability form before attending the retreat. This waiver acknowledges that participants understand and accept the risks associated with physical activities (such as yoga, swimming, and other exercises) and emotional processes during the retreat.

  • By signing the waiver, participants confirm that they are in good health, are able to participate in the activities, and agree to take personal responsibility for their wellbeing.

  • If you have any existing medical conditions or concerns, you must inform the Retreat Organisers before attending.

• Personal Responsibility:

  • Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing throughout the retreat.

  • Participants are also responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the retreat.

  • We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

6. Code of Conduct

• Respect: We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all attendees.

  • Alcohol & Drugs: No alcohol or drugs are permitted during the retreat.

  • Behaviour: We ask all participants to behave respectfully towards themselves, other guests, and retreat facilitators. Any rude or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

  • Confidentiality: We ask that you honour the confidentiality and privacy of your fellow participants. What is shared in the retreat stays in the retreat.

7. Privacy & Media

• Personal Information: We collect personal information (such as emails) for the purpose of retreat bookings and communication. We respect your privacy and will never share your personal details with third parties without your consent.

• Photos & Media: We may take photos during the retreat for marketing purposes. These will only be used with explicit permission from the participants. If you are not comfortable with your image being used, please inform us before the retreat.
