Refund Policy

Refund Policy - Authentic Alchemy Retreat

We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and we want to ensure our guests feel confident and supported when booking their spot at the Authentic Alchemy Retreat. Please carefully review our refund policy:

Deposit & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking.

  • The full retreat fee is ranges from $555 - $777 (+booking fee), with payment plans available for the total amount, payable over 4 weeks.

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your retreat booking, the following terms apply:

  • More than 3 weeks before the retreat:

    • The $200 deposit is non-refundable.

    • A refund of the remaining balance (the amount paid beyond the deposit) will be issued.

  • Within 3 weeks of the retreat:

    • Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 weeks of the retreat date.

We recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential cancellations or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, we will provide you with a full refund of any payments made, including the deposit.

Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, we may allow you to transfer your booking to another person, provided we are notified at least 1 week before the retreat. Please contact us for more details.

Refund Processing

  • All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
